All our bicycles are cleaned and inspected before they are listed in our website. Any part (s) that might compromise the normal operation of the bicycle will be replaced and communicated in each product page. Tune up and Inspection consists on the following:
- Disassembled and cleaned
- Inspect all the bearings, moving parts, and suspension
- Chain inspection
- Cassette and chainring inspection
- Special chain cleaning
- Quick lever brake bleed
- Dial-in the shifting
- Tighten up hub/free wheel
- Chain lube
- Polishing of the frame
We do not retouch/cover scratches or paint chips but we will replace other items that are close to life span.
Tires on most of our bicycles will come with at least 30% of lifespan as the lowest threshold, 90% of the bikes we ship have more that 60% lifespan.
